Per user / month. Annual is the base plan — Scale ($250) is the floor and smaller teams work back up from there. Quarterly runs ~30% higher for the shorter commitment. Tiers are priced so your total bill always goes up with each added seat — e.g. annual, 4 seats = $1,360/mo, 5 seats = $1,375/mo.
